1. Motor system
(1) Swing inside and outside
The cylinder pushes the vertical beam to swing inside and outside, which makes the reclaiming device bound on the vertical beam easy to find materials and enter the dark area in the cabin.
(2) Up and down luffing
It is used to raise or lower the horizontal beam arm. This action enables the coal unloader to adapt to different material heights caused by different ship types and water levels, and to make the vertical conveyor components in and out of the cabin.
(3) Turn left and right
This action realizes the horizontal left and right rotation of the upper rotatable part of the coal unloader, so as to further expand the working range of the reclaimer. After the ship unloading is completed, the equipment can be manipulated to park the vertical conveyor components such as the reclaimer on the shore of the wharf to prevent wind and fix.
(4) Gantry crane movement
This movement is driven by several decelerating motors with large deceleration ratio, so that the whole equipment can travel left and right along the track, so that the equipment can be unloaded between different cargo holds of the ship, so as to avoid the situation that large ships still need to move after berthing.
2. Automatic lubrication system
The automatic lubrication system realizes the automatic oil supply of main lubrication points.
Each distributor that controls the lubrication of the lubrication points is equipped with a sensor. In each lubrication distributor, the system will allocate the grease to each lubrication point quantitatively and regularly. According to the different oil consumption of each lubricating point, the system will give different intervals and times of oiling.
3. Hydraulic system
Rexroth load sensitive variable displacement pump increases the service life, reduces the failure rate and has outstanding energy saving effect. The proportional multi way valve of German Harvey company can operate the whole machine remotely.
It can make the acceleration and deceleration of each action smooth, without impact phenomenon, and can control the action speed by gear;
The system can automatically distribute the flow according to the operation requirements to reduce the loss and heating;
The hydraulic sensitive variable displacement pump can automatically control the flow according to the load, which can achieve the effect of energy saving, reduce the idle operation time and increase the efficiency by more than 20%.
4. Emergency standby system
According to the customer's choice, the purchase configuration can be divided into two types:
(1) Emergency generator;
(2) Electrical powered equipment.

(1) Electrical and automation control
The electrical room of the coal unloader is a high-grade electrical room with independent high-voltage MCC electrical room and low-voltage MCC electrical room;
