INTRODUCTION
SCZ-101 automatic fat analyzer is based on Soxhlet extraction, weight determination as the basic principle, including soaking, extraction, heating. condensation and solvent recovery. The automatic temperature control fully enclosed electric heating mode is adopted. which makes the heating of the instrument more uniform, safe and reliable, and has good sealing measures. At the same time, it can measure 1-6 samples without leakage of three wastes. During operation, the best temperature Can be selected according
to the different boiling points and natural temperatures of reagents. so as to achieve the fastest purpose. The reagent can also be recycled to reduce the cost of the experiment, and the immersion, extraction and solvent recovery can be completed at one time. Therefore, the instrument has the advantages of reasonable design, stable performance, good repeatability, high precision, convenient operation, labor saving and time saving.
