This line is designed for producing three-layer/five-layer co-extruded CPP film, CEVA film and high barrier film with PA and EVOH.

Features of Machine

1. The screw has special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity. Combining with European static mixer, it ensures good

plasticization, good mixing and high output.

2. It is available to be equipped with fully automatic die and automatic thickness control system with APC control for automatically

measuring the film thickness and adjusting die on-line.

3. It is available to be equipped with European imported cooling and forming roller with special flow design for ensuring good cooling

and molding under high speed running.

4. The positive pressure and negative pressure devices are provided to ensure stable film melt.

5. The film edge can be directly recycled on line, saving the production cost effectively.

6. The fully-automatic central winder with imported tension controller is applied for automatically changing finished rolls and cutting-

off, easy to operate.
