Ceramic is a recognized material with high elasticity, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance and vibration resistance.
The CS18 series ceramic pressure sensor produced by our company adopts refined alumina (Al2O3) ceramic base and high stability sensitive materials. It is a pressure sensitive element refined through silk printing, high temperature sintering, laser resistance adjustment and other processes.
The overall dimension of cs18 series is Φ 18mm * 6.35mm, its unique circuit design greatly improves the reliability of the
product, and the temperature compensation circuit is integrated in the internal circuit of the sensitive element. After laser
engraving, the temperature drift signal of the internal bridge is close to zero (≤± 0.01% FS / ℃) within the conventional use
range (- 20 ℃ - 85 ℃), It can greatly reduce the temperature compensation calibration work required for the production of pressure sensor.
Ceramics have good thermal stability and creep resistance. Its working temperature range is as high as - 40 ~ 150 ℃, and has good long-term stability. The corrosion resistance of ceramics makes it have unique advantages in the fields of refrigeration, chemical industry, medicine and environmental protection, and gradually replace conventional pressure sensors such as diffused silicon.
Piezoresistive ceramic pressure sensing element is the first choice of pressure sensing element in Internet of things applications because of its high cost performance.
