1.What’s the order processes?

b.Samples: we will give the samples you need.
c.PI: we will send the PI to you.
d.Deposit: you will pay us 30% deposit to produce the goods.
e.Production arrangement: we will arrange the production. 
f.Remaining payment: after you finish inspection, you will pay for it.
g.Shipping: we will ship the goods to you.
h.Confirm receipt.
i.After sales service. 

2.Can you provide us sample, is it free or need to pay?
a.If you don’t need to print your logo or other artwork on the products, we always will not charge any cost, just tell us your freight collect account like Fedex, DHL, TNT ect.
b.If you don’t have account, we need to charge Express fees properly.

3.How to deliver?
By sea, by air or by courier Express such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT.

4.What’s your payment term?
paypal
T/T or Western union.
30% TT deposit, the balance pay before shipping.

5.What surface handing could you support?
We can provide silk printing, heat transfer printing, label printing ect.
As for printing color, color can be made according to PANTONE NUMBER.
