Q3: What do I pay for shipping?

We only use reputable carriers like EMS, Fedex, DHL or UPS.
We ship unframed paintings in a pretective hard plastic tube. 

Q4: What if my painting is damaged during shipping?

In the very rare case that your painting arrives damaged,Please refuse the delivery
so we can receive the package back from the shiping company and claim the insurance
funds. We will paint a new painting for you and will ship it to you within 10 days.

for absolutely free.

Q5: Since painting charge freight, does that cover customs or taxes?

As with most purchases, paying any local customs or taxes is the customer's responsibility.However,
it has been our experience that 99.5% of the paintings arrive untaxed.

We can accept any size you want, our largest paintings are 3m(H) by 100m(L).

Q7: Will your artist sign the painting?

Not, most of our painting didn't sign, but if you need, then we can sign as you want
