Packer K344 can be used singly or multistage use , mainly used for oil layered testing, Oil recovery(oil extraction), water detection and water plugging, etc
It is composed of upper joint, sealing element, locking unit, sitting unit, anchoring unit, unsealing unit and lower joint.
Structure and working principle
Structure: It is mainly made of protection structure , setting mechanism, locking mechanism , sealing mechanism , anchoring mechanism , unlock institutions (mechanism) ,etc.
Setting mechanism: Put the packer into the designed well position, input the hydraulic pressure through the oil tube , after the hydraulic pressure incomes the hydraulic cylinder of packer , driven by the piston downward making the slips open and anchoring on the casing tube . At the same time, the upper position lock block are set off, the hydraulic pressure put( promote) the upper position upside , compressed rubber tube ( packer rubber) ,closed oil casing and annulus .After release the pressure, locked well the locking mechanism, in case the sealing part recovery.
Unlock mechanism: Lifting the pipe string , anchoring mechanism don’t move , the center pipe along with pipe string is upward, cut off the unlock shearing ,release the unlock lock block, the rubber tube is released, upwards again, lifting the upper cone ,the packer slips are out of the tube ,finished the packer unlocking .
1) Bi-directional anchor device makes anchoring reliable and can bear high load.
2) The horse teeth ring locking unit is easy to lock and reliable.
3) It adopts special automatic self-aligning anchoring unit to overcome unreliable anchoring of packer caused by shortcomings of downhole casing
4) Reliable sitting, easy to release, not easy to appear phenomenon, such as unreliable sitting, not sealing and cannot be pulled out.

2,Hydraulic-setting , (released by lifting up string )straight pull release, suitable for deviated wells, straight wells, horizontal well .
