PP Melt blown fabric machine
This production line is to make PP meltblown fabric by melting & blowing PP electret filter media, with polypropylene as the raw material, in the process of high-temperature melting, spinning, fiber forming & cooling, and rewinding. It is a multi-function equipment, consisting of one whole unit of melt blowing system, electric control system, high-voltage static electret.
Main technical features
1. Adopting advanced design special hanger type and gas equalizing type spinning die, melt is evenly distributed.
2. Air pressure of the air nozzle is stable, the airflow on both sides is symmetrical, and the airflow in the width direction is uniform. Air
gap width is easy to adjust.
3. Specially designed hot air heating device has good heating efficiency and excellent heat exchange efficiency, and low energy
consumption.
4. Receiving distance is adjustable, and the receiving form (flat net receiving and roller receiving can be easily replaced.
5. Uniform fiber fineness and cloth surface.
6. Electret treatment makes the melt-blown fabric have good filtering effect.
