INTRODUCTION
The MF105 total fat analyzer focuses on testing the fat content of samples that cannot be completed by ordinary Soxlet extraction, such as dairy products and meat products. On the basis of nearly 30 years of instrument manufacturing experience, through comprehensive consideration of the company's fat meter and the various requirements of the national standard for milk fat measurement, the company has designed a unique condenser tube to overcome with a complete intelligent operating system. In order to overcome the technical difficulties of oil stratification and solvent reflux, the MF-105 milk fat analyzer was successfully developed. The instrument adopts a sealed structure and is equipped with a national patented special chromatography separation tube and extraction bottle; the instrument has a compact structure, no sample transfer in the whole process, high precision and rapid reflux in stages; the instrument is simple and convenient to operate, and the test results are highly accurate.
