Vacuum glass lifter instruction
The instructions are applicable to HP-GX AND HP-GH series vacuum glass lifter.
1. Clean the surface of the suction cup and the glass before use, and then place the suction hoist in the center of the glass.
2. Suction method:
HP-GX: Turn on the power (see Fig. 1) and turn off the vent valve on the right side of the electric box (see Fig. 2), the vacuum pump begins to work.
HP-GH: Turn on the power supply valve (see Fig. 1) and close the vent valve on both sides (see Fig. 2), the vacuum pump begins to work.
3. When the red light is converted to green light (see Fig. 1) and the digital pressure switch (see Fig. 8), the pressure value is from 0 kPa to - 66 kpa, it can be lifted when the vacuum pump stops working. No lifting is allowed at red light (see Figure 3).
4. When using the flip function, please pull down the flip handle (see Figure 4).
5. When using the rotation function, please pull down the rotary spanner, if you need 90° locking to restore the spanner (see Figure 5).
6. Deflation method:
HP-GX: When the glass is fixed, open the vent valve on the right side of the electric box (see Fig. 2) and then deflate.
HP-GH: When the glass is fixed, open the vent valve on both sides (see Fig. 2) and then deflate.
a) check the battery voltage sufficient or not before using, checking methods: open the power button, close the vent valve, watch the battery panel display (see Figure 6), blue grid light up indicates that the power supply voltage is sufficient, when the blue grid and green grid disappear yellow grid light up indicates that the electricity is insufficient to charge, when there is only red grid left. It is forbidden to use and must be charged. When charging, insert the charging plug into the device charging interface (see Figure 7). After plugged, insert the power plug for charging.
b) Rubber suction cups must keep away from acid, alkali or oil contaminated sharp tools.
c) After the vacuum lifter is hoisted, people standing around and below are strictly prohibited.
d) The vacuum lifter must be maintained by professional personnel every six months and overhaul every year.
e) Each sucker safe lifting weight: 100kgs
f) Whole machine safe lifting weight: HP-GX-4S 400KGS, HP-GX-8S 600KGS, HP-GH-10S 1000KGS.
Pls check it firstly for following faults:
1. Vacuum leakage
When the system works, the red light cannot be converted to the green light, that is, the vacuum pump cannot stop working, which proves that the vacuum leakage.
Remove failure method:
a) First check whether the rubber sucker is cut or frame deformed or not that leads to air leakage.
b) Check whether air tube from each suction cup to the distributing pipe is cut off, whether there is leakage at air tube connector that leads to air leakage.
c) Check whether the vent valve is intact
2. Electric failure
a) Check whether the vent valve is intact
b) Check whether the fuse is damaged.
c) Open the electric box to check whether the relay plug and the base are loose, and whether the normally open contacts are completely closed.
